In partnership with The Southern Regional Extension Forestry, the Forest Service is hosting a monthly biochar webinar series in 2020.

The series kicks off March 19 at 11 a.m. Eastern. The webinar speaker is Dr. Debbie Page-Dumroese, a research soil scientist with the Rocky Mountain Research Station. This webinar will cover basic information about biochar, types of char, biochar applications, environmental benefits, etc. There will be a brief overview of production technologies too.

Anyone who is interested in the topic is welcome to join. Participants will have to register (use link above), and then click the button to “join the webinar.”

NOTE: You may join the webinar up to 30 minutes before its scheduled start time. 30 Minutes before the webinar's scheduled start time, a 'Join' button will be available on this page that will allow you to register for and join this live webinar event.
