This three minute video is the first in a three-part video series describing the work and cutting edge risk management tools developed by the Rocky Mountain Research Station Wildfire Risk Management Science Team. The Team works with National Forests and other fire managers to plan ahead of the fire season. This team uses spatial risk assessment to help the Forest answer questions like "How might fire harm or benefit the things we care about?" and 'What can we do to plan for fire?"
