This video was made in part by the amazing people at the Western Forestry Leadership Coalition and the USFS. Our goal was to help show that wildfires in the American West are complex. We also hope to demystify these forest fires a bit and start you thinking about the roll of wildland fires. The 10 minute video features USFS personnel, including Diane Smith and Mark Finney, and video of fire experiments taken at the Fire Sciences Laboratory in Missoula, MT.
