Webinar: Accelerating the Use of Prescribed Fire with Policy and Partnerships

With the infusion of new funding from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and a new Forest Service 10-year Wildfire Strategy, opportunities are ripe to influence prescribed fire policy and increase the rate of implementation on and off federal land. This webinar is part of the Rural Voices for Conservation Coalition's Annual Meeting and will bring together policy experts and skilled practitioners engaged in these discussions to talk about key opportunities for advocacy, and barrier-busting efforts to address bottlenecks like fireline qualification management and liability concerns. The webinar will highlight the findings of two recent RVCC and CSU prescribed fire projects.
